Day 13 - The Still Point

Day 13 - The Still Point
Image: taken in 2011 while on a visit to the snowfields. Panasonic Lumix camera had the honours.

Two ways of listening.
Isa was the Rune that held October still for me.
The following are two reflections of that stillness.

Isa’s pause in October didn’t stop the Realm from moving. It was a pause for me — a chance to piece things together and tune into projects, both large and small, that I might have missed in a faster fire. Even in stillness, there is a rhythm beneath the ice. Isa holds the shimmer of a hidden current, waiting for the thaw to release its song.

The Still Point - the image-rich version.
Isa’s pause in October didn’t stop the Realm from moving. It was a pause for me — a gentle frost settling over the noise, long enough to see the patterns beneath it.
A photo captured in 2011 reminded me-In a mountain village of quiet mornings, I walked among the snow-laden branches and the soft hush of my own steamy breath.
Ice swirled around small stones, rippling like frozen sound waves — a reminder that motion never truly stops, it only changes form. Isa’s shimmer held me there, between the silence and song, waiting for the thaw that knows exactly when to come.
