Day 10 - A Glimpse of the Realm

Show the Realm breathing beside the real one.

The challenge isn’t showing the Realm beside the real world. It’s that for me… they’ve never been separate.

The Realm isn’t an escape, a metaphor or a layer I retreat into. It’s simply the way I interact with and connect to the world around me—my mode of operating. 

I work with stones and runes the same way I work with pens and notebooks. I don’t shift states to reach one or the other—they exist together. It’s a blended reality.

The Realm is the language I use to describe the mythic side of my writer’s life. It’s not fictional - it’s just encoded.
I use that lens to meet people where they are. Most can accept the mythic if it’s framed as part of a writer’s world. If that’s the doorway they can walk through - I’ll meet them there.

Here’s how it is:
The desk.
The keyboard.
The breath.
The stones.
The pine trees.
All of it sits inside the Realm. Always has. Always will.
